Our counselors carefully interview and screen all applicants for employment.
- At least three former employers are contacted for reference checks.
- Upon request, we will conduct a state and national criminal background check for misdemeanors and felonies. The checks are available for our clients within 24 hours.
- We are able to conduct an adult abuse background check and child abuse registry background check with the State of Delaware.
